Money Back Guarantee

This Money-Back Guarantee applies exclusively to the original, legally deeded homeowner and covers the following solutions provided under our Life-of-the-Structure Warranty:

• Carbon fiber wall reinforcements
• Crawlspace Encapsulation
• I-beams
• Full-perimeter basement or crawlspace waterproofing systems (including all below-grade walls)

The guarantee applies solely to the performance of the covered systems, protecting against defects or malfunctions caused by material or workmanship issues.

1. Repair Attempts: If the covered system fails to perform, ACE will conduct up to two reasonable repair attempts at no cost to the homeowner.
2. Refund Policy: If the issue cannot be resolved after these attempts, the homeowner will receive a refund for the portion of the solution that has failed, including labor and materials, based on the original investment amount. Refund calculations will exclude taxes and other fees.

• Grant ACE access to the property to evaluate and complete repairs.
• Allow repairs to be completed within a reasonable timeframe, not exceeding 60 days unless otherwise agreed upon.

This guarantee does not cover:

• Events classified as acts of God or force majeure, including but not limited to flooding beyond FEMA-defined 100-year floodplain levels, earthquakes, or other natural disasters.
• Items not included in the Basement and Crawlspace Waterproofing Warranty or other standard exclusions outlined in our warranty documentation.
