Strong Foundations. Stronger Communities.
At ACE Waterproofing, we believe a safe home is not a luxury—it’s a necessity.
That belief is why we created the ACE Community Impact Initiative: a company-funded program dedicated to providing critical foundation, waterproofing, and structural repairs at no cost to individuals, families, and community spaces that are unsafe, unhealthy, or at risk—and lack the means to address it.
This work isn’t about charity or headlines. It’s about safety, dignity, and long-term stability.
Why The ACE Community Impact Initiative Exisits
We see it every day.
Homes with water intrusion that leads to mold.
Foundations that have shifted or cracked to the point of becoming unsafe.
Families and organizations that know there’s a problem—but don’t know how they’ll ever afford to fix it.
The ACE Community Impact Initiative exists to step in when safety is on the line and traditional options aren’t accessible.
How the Program Is Funded
The ACE Community Impact Initiative is fully funded by ACE.
We set aside a portion of every completed project to support community impact work throughout the year. This approach keeps the program:
- Sustainable
- Independent
- Free from fundraising or sales pressure
When you choose ACE, you’re also helping strengthen the community where we all live and work.
What Types of Projects May Qualify For The Initiative
Project: Individual & Family Homes
Projects may be considered when there is:
- A foundation, structural, or water-related safety concern
- Unsafe or unhealthy living conditions
- Financial hardship limiting access to repair
Primary residences only.
Project: Community & Public Spaces
We may also support projects for:
- Nonprofits
- Community centers
- Schools, churches, and public-serving facilities
When repairs meaningfully improve safety, access, or usability for the people they serve.
Why this matters to our clients...
