Warehouse Manager
Job Summary
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and ensuring materials are readily available for production crews. This role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-organized workspace that supports ACE’s high standards of service delivery.

Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Ability to lead and motivate a team while fostering a collaborative environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
Certifications:
- Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 – 80lbs regularly.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory levels of materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring availability to meet project demands.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as needed to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Warehouse Operations:
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring it is clean, organized, and secure.
- Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for receiving, storing, and dispatching materials.
- Manage shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely and accurate handling of goods.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing training, direction, and feedback to ensure efficient operations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that aligns with ACE’s core values.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify opportunities for staff development.
Equipment Maintenance:
- Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained, inspected, and repaired as necessary to meet operational needs.
- Collaborate with the production team to track equipment usage and ensure readiness for jobsite deployment.
- Manage truck maintenance schedules and ensure employees are adhering to the maintenance schedule per the SOP.
Safety & Compliance:
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA standards and ACE safety policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of the warehouse and equipment.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of hazardous materials when applicable.
Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with production crews to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to jobsites.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain strong relationships and address any supply chain issues.
- Assist in streamlining logistics processes to improve overall efficiency.
