Foundation Specialist
Job Summary
The Foundation Specialist is responsible for meeting with homeowners to diagnose foundation issues, provide tailored solutions, and close sales to support ACE’s mission of delivering exceptional service and remarkable experiences. This role is customer-focused and requires regular travel to homeowners’ properties to serve as the trusted expert and advisor for their foundation needs.

Experience & Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of successful experience in sales or a related customer-facing role.
- Knowledge of construction or foundation repair principles is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively operate a computer and relevant software.
- Demonstrates resourcefulness, resilience, and a customer-first mindset.
- Displays competitive drive and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Certifications
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
Physical & Travel Requirements
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Comfortable working in crawlspaces and inspecting areas under or close to floor level.
- Requires light physical activity, including lifting objects up to 20 lbs occasionally.
Customer Engagement
- Travel to pre-scheduled homeowner appointments to assess their foundation and waterproofing needs.
- Build rapport with homeowners, understand their goals, and provide solutions tailored to their needs.
- Deliver a remarkable customer experience by educating homeowners and instilling confidence in ACE’s solutions.
Sales Expertise
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets, including Average Dollar per Lead (ADL) metrics.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and other required company events to stay aligned with ACE’s mission and values.
- Serve as an ambassador for ACE’s culture and purpose, embodying professionalism and leadership in all interactions.
Performance & Accountability
- Conduct thorough home evaluations to diagnose issues and determine appropriate services.
- Present professional recommendations that address homeowners’ concerns and resolve their foundation issues.
- Close sales during on-site visits, ensuring solutions align with homeowners’ ultimate outcomes and expectations.
- Follow up with customers post-visit to address questions or concerns and maintain a high level of the trusted expert.
